Tickets must be exchanged for wristbands at the main entrance, Schlössliplatz or Chäla ticket offices on race days. Visitors must appear in person to exchange their wristband. The wristband must be worn on the wrist. Damaged or loose wristbands will not be accepted. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. In order to guarantee the protection of minors (details in the General Terms and Conditions), the age of 18 is shown on the wristband. For this reason, ID will be requested when exchanging wristbands in order to carry out the mandatory age check.
The box office is open on Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 2.30 pm. Tickets tickets and Tickets tickets can be purchased at the box office if available. All Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the box office. Box office surcharge of CHF 5 per ticket.

Friday
In order to comply with the protection of minors, valid identification (ID or driver's license) must be presented when purchasing alcoholic beverages at the sales stands and at Stemmbogen .
Saturday & Sunday
In order to comply with the protection of minors, the purchase of alcoholic beverages and access to the tent areas (Stemmbogen, Stangenwald and Fallline) is only permitted with an appropriate wristband.
Age check:
- Persons under the age of 18 do not have the +18 suffix (purchase of alcohol, tobacco and lottery tickets strictly prohibited)
- Adults aged 18 and over have been given the suffix +18 (purchase of alcohol, tobacco and lottery tickets permitted)
Volume edition:
- The Tickets are exchanged at the access control for a wristband including age check
- Visitors arriving in the World Cup village after 3 p.m. will receive a wristband including age check at the information stand.
- Please have a valid ID ready when collecting your wristband.
Kids are very welcome at Chuenis . So that the youngest fans can also really enjoy the exciting hustle and bustle, we recommend families to visit the Family Daywhich always takes place on Sunday. There we reserve a part of the grandstand for families and provide games, fun, food and entertainment in the specially prepared family tent.
LIFTS & SLOPES AROUND CHUENIS
- The red slope (No. 86) Höchst-Bergläger will serve as the warm-up run for ski racers on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 7:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. During these times, a corridor along slope No. 86 will remain open for public skiing.
- Due to capacity reasons, skiing is not Chuenisbärgli to the public on Chuenisbärgli on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 p.m.
Ski fans without a World Cup ticket: Mountain transport is possible, but return transport is only available from 3 p.m.
Ski fans with World Cup tickets : Mountain and valley transport possible at any time, access along the race track – on foot or on skis.
Ski fans with World Cup tickets arriving via Bergläger–Höchst to the World Cup area (on skis): Chuenisbärgli your ticket at the World Cup ticket office on Chuenisbärgli . Ski fans with World Cup tickets can ski along the World Cup slope and in the finish area. Those traveling on foot along the race course or taking the chairlift to the finish area can store their skis at the ski depot on Chuenisbärgli. - We recommend that ski guests who want to get to the main ski area Adelboden-Lenk take the Sillerenbahn on these days.

Adelboden is bursting at the seams during the World Cup weekend. There are no parking spaces available in Adelboden . Ski fans are advised to park their vehicles at P+R Reichenbach and/or travel by public transport. Extra buses run directly to the World Cup village from P+R Reichenbach and Frutigen station.

HEALTH
A team of doctors and trained helpers is ready for any emergency. The ambulance is located near the Wildtrubel Lodge.
PROHIBITED OBJECTS
Bringing pyrotechnic and dangerous objects, as well as weapons of any kind to the event is prohibited! Our security staff is instructed to carry out checks. Bringing alcoholic beverages of any kind is prohibited. A maximum of 0.5 litres of non-alcoholic beverages (PET and Tetrapack) per person may be taken into the event area.
EXPULSION FROM THE SITE
People who refuse a search of their person or the containers they are carrying by the supervisory and security service, carry prohibited objects and refuse to dispose of them, distribute advertising material, flyers and/or promotional items on the event grounds without authorisation, do not comply with the orders of the supervisory and security service or become abusive towards them, start fights, are under the influence of drugs or are excessively intoxicated, shall be refused entry to the event premises or will be expelled from the cordoned-off premises.
Lockers are available in the World Cup village just after the main entrance. They can be used cashless with a daily flat rate. Each locker has two USB slots for convenient charging of mobile devices. The lockers can be opened and closed as required. More information
The official ticket shop offers the secondary ticket market "Skifan zu Skifan" (currently closed). Here, Tickets can be resold Tickets original price—quite simply and fairly, from ski fan to ski fan.
A processing fee of 10% is charged for the sale, which is charged to the seller. The secondary market ensures that Tickets can be transferred Tickets and without inflated prices.
Important: Resale is only possible for sold-out categories (Hospitality are excluded). Sales are made via your personal login in the ticket shop.
There will be no box office on site on either race day. You can purchase your ticket easily and conveniently in our online ticket shop.

Your four-legged friends are better off at home. Dogs are not allowed in the World Cup site.
It is almost impossible to find accommodation in Adelboden around the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Adelboden . The beds are booked well in advance. For further information, please contact the Tourist Center Adelboden on +41 (0)33 673 80 80. We also recommend staying overnight in Spiez or Thun and traveling by public transport.

In the World Cup village, you can pay by cash and card at the stands. There is no ATM on site.
Chäla
The Chäla is a great spectator zone with a view of the entrance to the steepest finish slope on the ski circuit, video wall and food stands.
Picnic zone
A raclette or fondue on the edge of the piste? This is possible at the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Adelboden . The picnic area in the "Chäla" (access with Fanzone ticket) allows you to bring your own rechaud, caquelon (only with fuel paste, gas and petrol are not permitted) and fondue as well as raclette and offers everything for an unforgettable ski party. Directly at the entrance to the steep finish slope, the picnic zone beckons with thrilling skiing, food from your backpack and a view of the big screen. In addition, a marquee and food stands invite you to linger and relax at the edge of the piste. Access with the appropriate equipment is only permitted at Chäla . Accessibility is guaranteed thanks to the bypassing of the World Cup village on arrival at the Schlössli ticket office. The detailed regulations can be found in our GTC.
