Tickets must be exchanged for wristbands at the main entrance, Schlössliplatz or Chäla ticket offices on race days. Visitors must appear in person to exchange their wristband. The wristband must be worn on the wrist. Damaged or loose wristbands will not be accepted. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. In order to guarantee the protection of minors (details in the General Terms and Conditions), the age of 18 is shown on the wristband. For this reason, ID will be requested when exchanging wristbands in order to carry out the mandatory age check.

Kids are very welcome at Chuenis . So that the youngest fans can also really enjoy the exciting hustle and bustle, we recommend families to visit the Family Daywhich always takes place on Sunday. There we reserve a part of the grandstand for families and provide games, fun, food and entertainment in the specially prepared family tent.

Adelboden is bursting at the seams during the World Cup weekend. There are no parking spaces available in Adelboden . Ski fans are advised to park their vehicles at P+R Reichenbach and/or travel by public transport. Extra buses run directly to the World Cup village from P+R Reichenbach and Frutigen station.

A team of doctors and trained helpers is ready for any emergency. The ambulance is located near the Wildtrubel Lodge.
YOUTH PROTECTION
The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited for children and young people under the age of 16. Adolescents under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from consuming spirits and drinks containing spirits (mixed drinks). If the person's age is not clearly above the legal limits, an official ID must be shown to the supervisory and security service. The age check will be carried out when exchanging the wristband.
PROHIBITED OBJECTS
Bringing pyrotechnic and dangerous objects, as well as weapons of any kind to the event is prohibited! Our security staff is instructed to carry out checks. Bringing alcoholic beverages of any kind is prohibited. A maximum of 0.5 litres of non-alcoholic beverages (PET and Tetrapack) per person may be taken into the event area.
EXPULSION FROM THE SITE
People who refuse a search of their person or the containers they are carrying by the supervisory and security service, carry prohibited objects and refuse to dispose of them, distribute advertising material, flyers and/or promotional items on the event grounds without authorisation, do not comply with the orders of the supervisory and security service or become abusive towards them, start fights, are under the influence of drugs or are excessively intoxicated, shall be refused entry to the event premises or will be expelled from the cordoned-off premises.
Lockers are available in the World Cup village just after the main entrance. They can be used cashless with a daily flat rate. Each locker has two USB slots for convenient charging of mobile devices. The lockers can be opened and closed as required. More information

Your four-legged friends are better off at home. Dogs are not allowed in the World Cup site.
It is almost impossible to find accommodation in Adelboden around the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Adelboden . The beds are booked well in advance. For further information, please contact the Tourist Center Adelboden on +41 (0)33 673 80 80. We also recommend staying overnight in Spiez or Thun and traveling by public transport.

The Chäla is a great spectator zone with a view of the entrance to the steepest finish slope on the ski circuit, video wall and food stands.
Picnic zone
A raclette or fondue on the edge of the piste? This is possible at the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Adelboden . The picnic area in the "Chäla" (access with Fanzone ticket) allows you to bring your own rechaud, caquelon (only with fuel paste, gas and petrol are not permitted) and fondue as well as raclette and offers everything for an unforgettable ski party. Directly at the entrance to the steep finish slope, the picnic zone beckons with thrilling skiing, food from your backpack and a view of the big screen. In addition, a marquee and food stands invite you to linger and relax at the edge of the piste. Access with the appropriate equipment is only permitted at Chäla . Accessibility is guaranteed thanks to the bypassing of the World Cup village on arrival at the Schlössli ticket office. The detailed regulations can be found in our GTC.

How to get here
We appeal to all ski fans to arrive early on both race days and to allow enough time for the journey. It is better to linger in the Chuenis village with coffee and croissants and enjoy the atmosphere instead of missing the first run.
