The tickets must be exchanged for an wristband at the main entrance, Schlössliplatz or Chäla on the race days. Visitors must appear in person to exchange their wristbands. The wristband must be worn on the wrist. Damaged or loose wristbands will not be accepted. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. In order to ensure minors are protected, the age 16 or 18 is shown on the wristband. That is why an ID will be requested when exchanging in order to carry out the obligatory age check.

The box office is open on Sunday from 7 am to 2.30 pm. World CupTickets and grandstandTickets tickets can be purchased at the box office if available. All Tickets tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the box office. Box office surcharge of CHF 5 per ticket (incl. CHF 1 sustainability contribution).

Restriction on bringing drinks: Anyone wishing to bring their own drinks into the World Cup village may bring a 0.5 liter PET bottle once. AGB's

At the car park in Reichenbach, BKW offers the possibility to charge ten electric cars at the mobile electric charging stations of BKW. No reservation is possible, so it is first come first served.

The lost and found office is located at the information desk on race days (Saturday and Sunday). After the races, please contact the Adelboden Tourist Centre by telephone on +41 33 673 80 80.

Kids are very welcome at Chuenis . So that the youngest fans can also really enjoy the exciting hustle and bustle, we recommend families to visit the Family Daywhich always takes place on Sunday. There we reserve a part of the grandstand for families and provide games, fun, food and entertainment in the specially prepared family tent.

  • The red slope (no. 86) at Höchst will serve as a run-in area for ski racers on Saturday, January 6, 2024. The slope will remain closed to public skiing during the morning run-in. For skiers, skiing is possible to a limited extent on the blue slope (no. 85) Höchst-Bergläger during the run-in period.
  • Ski fans who travel to the World Cup area on skis via Bergläger-Höchst must present their ticket at the World Cup ticket office at Chuenis .
  • Ski fans are allowed to move along the World Cup piste and in the finish area WITHOUT skis à those who walk along the race course or take the chairlift to the finish area must deposit their skis in the ski depot at Chuenisbärgli.
  • We recommend that ski guests travel to and from the main area with the Sillerenbahn on these days.

During the World Cup weekend, Adelboden is bursting at the seams. There are no parking spaces available in Adelboden. Ski fans are advised to park their vehicles at P+R Reichenbach and/or travel by public transport. Extra buses will run directly to the World Cup Village from P+R Reichenbach and Frutigen train station. All info

HEALTH
A team of doctors and trained helpers is ready for any emergency. The ambulance is located near the Wildtrubel Lodge.

YOUTH PROTECTION
The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited for children and young people under the age of 16. Adolescents under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from consuming spirits and drinks containing spirits (mixed drinks). If the person's age is not clearly above the legal limits, an official ID must be shown to the supervisory and security service. The age check will be carried out when exchanging the wristband.

PROHIBITED OBJECTS
Bringing pyrotechnic and dangerous objects, as well as weapons of any kind to the event is prohibited! Our security staff is instructed to carry out checks. Bringing alcoholic beverages of any kind is prohibited. A maximum of 0.5 litres of non-alcoholic beverages (PET and Tetrapack) per person may be taken into the event area.

EXPULSION FROM THE SITE
People who refuse a search of their person or the containers they are carrying by the supervisory and security service, carry prohibited objects and refuse to dispose of them, distribute advertising material, flyers and/or promotional items on the event grounds without authorisation, do not comply with the orders of the supervisory and security service or become abusive towards them, start fights, are under the influence of drugs or are excessively intoxicated, shall be refused entry to the event premises or will be expelled from the cordoned-off premises.

Lockers are available in the World Cup village just after the main entrance. They can be used cashless with a daily flat rate. Each locker has two USB slots for convenient charging of mobile devices. The lockers can be opened and closed as required. More information

Viagogo, Alltickets, Onlineticketsshop, StubHub, Ticketbande, Ebay, Ricardo etc. are considered unauthorized ticket traders who trade in buying and selling overpriced Tickets . Do not buy Tickets on these platforms.

Your four-legged friends are better off at home. Dogs are not allowed in the World Cup site.

Around the time of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Adelboden, it is almost impossible to find accommodation in Adelboden. The beds are reserved a long time in advance. For further information, please contact the Adelboden Tourist Centre by telephone on +41 (0)33 673 80 80. We also recommend staying overnight in Spiez or Thun and travelling by public transport.

In the World Cup village, you can pay by cash and card at the stands. There is no ATM on site. 

Chäla
The Chäla is a great spectator zone with a view of the entrance to the steepest finish slope on the ski circuit, video wall and food stands.

Picnic area
Fancy raclette or fondue on the edge of the slope? You can at the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Adelboden. The "Chäla" picnic area (access with World Cup ticket) allows you to bring your portable stove, caquelon (only with fuel paste; gas and petrol is not allowed), fondue and raclette and provides everything you need for an unforgettable ski party. The picnic area is directly at the entrance to the steep finish slope and will entice you with thrilling skiing, food from your backpack and a view of the big screen. There is also a marquee and food stands where you can linger at the edge of the slope. Access with the appropriate utensils is permitted only in the Chäla. Accessibility is guaranteed as you bypass the World Cup Village upon arrival at the Schlösslikasse. The detailed regulations can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

The World Cup Village is the name given to the area at "Boden" where the finish arena and the various tents and catering facilities are located.
