Frequency coordination
Frequency coordination is required to ensure that wireless devices operate without interference. The following devices must be registered by December 28, 2023 (also for use before or after the main event). Without registration, wireless use is not possible.
- wireless microphones
- in-ear monitor systems
- wireless intercoms
- radios (PMR)*
- telemetry systems*
- wireless cameras*
- devices with Dect radio standard (e.g. Sennheiser AVX)
* the device must have a Bakom license at the time of registration. Otherwise, a request for license issuance can be generated in the registration process on FreqCoord.

The wireless devices will be checked and provided with a sticker when collecting the accreditation. Those operating wireless devices without registration/sticker risk withdrawal of accreditation.

Video recordings (own as well as from third parties) of the competition events (race track, from the warm-up area up to and including the finish area and mixed zone), which are made in the time from the beginning of the official program on the competition day (qualification, track inspection, warm-up, etc.) up to and including the flower ceremony.
The publication of video recordings of all other activities and areas around the competition is allowed.
Unilateral/self-produced interviews from the finish area/mixed zone may be published on the own platforms after the Flower Ceremony, as long as they do not show the competition in the background. Before the Flower Ceremony, the course of events in the finish area/mixed zone (interviews with TV stations, etc.) may not be impaired under any circumstances.

Workroom for photographersA separate room with approx. 15 workstations is available for photographers. These are set up to upload the images more quickly.

Photographers sector in the finish area
A raised, stepped platform is available for photographers in the finish arena. Access with green photographer armband only*.

Piste Bib
Photographers who apply for "On-Course" accreditation must sign the "On-Course Rules" of FIS with the regulations about the equipment, taking the photographers' places and behavior on the piste. The Photo Manager has the right to withdraw a photographer's on-course bib if he/she does not comply with the rules of FIS .
*Photographer's armbands and bibs must be obtained at Media Centre for a deposit of CHF 20.00 | €20.00.

On Course & BESI Stickers
The armband "On course" and the "BESI" sticker can be obtained from the Media Team on the evening before the race day from 18.30.
There is no extra shuttle bus to the race track, please use the chair lift. There is NO extra shuttle bus for the photographers. Please use the chair lift Chuenisbärgli .

The media centre is located in the Boden school from 4–7 January 2024 .

Ski tickets
With your accreditation you can use the chair lift Chuenisbärgli for free on the race days. Free ski passes for chair lift Chuenisbärgli for Friday, January 5, 2024, are available at Media Centre (please order the day before).

Drones
For safety reasons, the use of drones/multicopters during the Ski World Cup Adelboden races is strictly prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted.

Press conference
There will be no more press conference in 2024.

If you arrive on Saturday or Sunday use if possible our shuttle bus World Cup
Adelboden from P+R Reichenbach (7-13 o'clock).

Parking in Boden World Cup Village
On Friday (CHF 5.00/day) parking spaces are available at the World Cup Village in
Boden (night parking ban from midnight). After midnight, ALL cars will be towed away for a fee.

Adelboden Village
Please park your car at your hotel. If there are not enough parking spaces at the hotel, you can use the "Gurtnermatte" car park in the centre of the village. You can get vignettes for this parking lot at the
Media Centre. Vehicles parked on the pavements or in the no-parking zone will be fined and towed away for a fee.
The shuttle buses to the finish area will run every 20 minutes from 8 am to 6.30 pm.

IMPORTANT
This year, the media professionals will travel between the accommodation and the event area on foot if possible or by local bus/bus line Frutigen–Adelboden (the regular timetable applies). Please get off at the "Kreuzgasse" bus stop and then walk via Kreuzgasse/Wildstrubel Lodge. The first local bus leaves from Adelboden Post at 7 am on Friday and 8 am on Saturday/Sunday. If you are travelling from Frutigen, you are advised to get off at Adelboden Oey and walk to the finish area (approx. 15 min.).
